Greetings Clients & future Clients please notify Lash EXP by phone ONLY if you're going to be late 843-321-7317 ,because we are booked solid most of the time Lash EXP has a strict 10 min grace period, clients that come in after the 10 min grace period will have a late fee of $10 added to their service.

Please DO NOT drink any caffeine,energy drinks or preworkout prior to your lash appointment because it will make your eyes twitch making it difficult for us to place the extensions & can result in terminating the service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients can cancel online up to 24 hrs prior to their appointment & it will be NO CHARGE. appointments can be canceled through your confirmation email or appointment reminder. Clients that don't cancel within 24hrs MUST pay the full amount of the service NO EXCEPTIONS, if a client refuses to pay or if a client credit card declines the client will not be able to book a future appointment at our salon until the payment is fulfilled. NO SHOWS will be charged full price of the service they booked. IF YOU HAVE ANY SORT OF COLD PLEASE DONT BOOK for the safety of everyone. THANK YOU.

After attending the Charleston Cosmetology Institute, she perfected her craft for 3 years before opening her own studio in January of 2018.
